 ChemiLuminescent Substrate for HRP-based immunoassays (HRP-HorseRadish Peroxidase) produces the chemiluminescence signal with peroxidase-conjugated antibody at the site of reaction. This kit contains one bottle of oxidizer and one bottle of the enhancer substrate. The ChemiLuminescent Substrate for peroxidase can be used in both membrane immunoblot (western blot, dot blot) and plate (ELISA test) immunoassays with chemiluminescent detection.
